THE DOCUMENT WORKFLOW

Every file.
A clear next step.

Keep the source, the remediation work, and the evidence connected from submission to delivery.

  1. 01

    Choose a service

Identify whether the file is a supported automated candidate or needs specialist review. Record the document’s purpose, target requirements, and any complex content.

  2. 02

    Submit the document

The portal creates a job with a recognizable filename and a source file. In the current pilot, select a synthetic sample or upload an approved benchmark PDF.

  3. 03

    Remediate and evaluate

Automated jobs run the supported first-pass process and recorded checks. Specialist jobs wait for the operator to begin the agreed review. The job status shows which stage is active.

  4. 04

    Review the result

Download the automated PDF and report. Request manual review if needed. A waiting request can be withdrawn; once review starts, the job is protected against removal while work is in progress.

  5. 05

    Complete specialist review

The reviewer uploads a PDF, records findings and check outcomes, and saves a draft. After checking the saved file, the reviewer explicitly completes and delivers the review.

  6. 06

    Download and keep the record

The final file and associated report become available in the job. Uploaded filename prefixes are preserved, with status suffixes distinguishing versions. Keep the evidence with the document you publish.

What a result means

An automated result records machine checks and comparisons. A manual review record describes the reviewer’s checks and findings. Neither should be read as evidence of a test that was not performed.
